Refund or Exchange Policy

At Creative Mouse Pads, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below. By making a purchase from Creative Mouse Pads, you agree to abide by the terms of this return policy.

Predesigned products returned in new condition in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. Items returned without following these requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

 

To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team via email at: creativemousepads@email.com. Upon approval, an email will be sent to the customer to provide further instructions. Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

 

If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery. Please include a photo of damaged items in email. Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, for we cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.

Once items are received, an email notification will be sent to the customer for the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original method of payment within 3-5 business days (time could vary depending on banking facility).

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before finalizing to avoid any discrepancies.
